glad they are out of business. they didn’t inform me i would have a built in retainer which felt like having braces 24/7. broke easily and for some reason they took off my bottom retainer which made my bottom teeth shift. they poorly fixed the top retainer when chipped causing them to shift badly too. one time i had a gap in the middle of my front tooth. their solution? putting a rubber band to get them to fit. the thickness of that band made two more gaps alongside the two middle teeth! on my last appointment check up i finally managed my teenage self at the time and told them i’m not happy with my teeth and informed them with before/after photos and how my teeth are bad now. doctor aggressively explained that it’s how my teeth are formed.. ok. now i’m back paying to fix my teeth. pretty wild they didn’t inform patients they were ending their business. the receptionist was always snarky for no reason… they have a latin assistant during the beginning of my treatment but later left. such a shame because i felt like she was the only one who actually gave my teeth care and attention. someone in the reviews had the same issue as i did. i had hope my situation wouldn’t turn out like tha

Absolutely amazing Orthodontist and Staff. DR.Giegerich is super friendly, great with the kids and his personality is contagious . Facility is extremely clean. All around an excellent place. .

the staff is very friendly and make u feel very welcomed. i got my braces on in november 2016, and after a year and a half Dr. Giegerich decided i wasn’t wearing my rubber bands enough and took off my braces. i did not receive a retainer. on my last appointment there when they took my braces off, Dr. Giegerich didn’t acknowledge me at all, and stayed in his office or worked with another paitent. when i first starting seeing the Dr., we tried four or five times to get an expander to properly fit, and when it never worked he decided to skip it and just put braces on me. overall, my experience was good up until the end. i am disappointed with how i was treated at my last two appointments & slightly irritated i didn’t get a retainer.

Dr. Giegrich is an outstanding doctor! So caring and compassionate. He and his staff make you feel like you're family. I highly recommend this office!!

I'm so amazed this is the only google review, Dr. Giegerich is probably the friendliest and funniest dentist I've ever been to. Not only does he put you at ease with his light heartened sense of humor, his nurses are also super friendly and accommodating. My two front teeth were knocked out in an accident when I was 17, and Dr. Giegerich set me up with an amazing flipper to replace the gaps. Even though he warned me not to lose them, a couple years later, I accidentally threw them out a window while driving. Dr. Giegerich made time in his schedule to get me a replacement pair ASAP, as I was living on the west coast, and needed them for work (I work in the service industry so toothless is not an option). Couldn't recommend more!
